The China Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Association announced today (November 11) that the China Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development Index in October was 89, a 0.3-point increase from September, the largest single-month increase since March last year. All the sub-indices of the index, including the macroeconomic sentiment index, cost index, labor index, input index, and profit index, turned from decline to rise, while the overall operations index, financing index, and market index continued to rise. This indicates that small and medium-sized enterprises are improving their production and business operations, and the business sentiment is becoming increasingly optimistic. This is the second time since March that all the sub-indices of the index have increased simultaneously.
