Limiting Bandwidth on Service End for Client-Established Channels

**Client Channel Limitation on Server Side**

Please ask whether the server can directly limit the bandwidth of client-established ports. I do not want to limit bandwidth on the client side, but rather want to control the rate of each port on the server side.
