Installation of Module Fails with OS Error 38 in KernelSU 1.0.2

**Problem Description:**
While attempting to install any module in KernelSU version 1.0.2, a common OS error code 38 is encountered. In contrast, installation is seamless in version 1.0.1.
**Troubleshooting Steps:**
1. Prior to reporting the issue, I have thoroughly searched the existing issues and have found no relevant solutions.
2. I have collected a bug report log by navigating to KernelSU Manager > Settings > Report log and uploading the file accordingly.
3. I am aware that the issue may not be device-specific and can be reproduced in a generalized manner.

* OS Version: 14
* KernelSU Version: 1.0.2
* Kernel Version: 4.14.336

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Navigate to the install modules page.
2. Attempt to install any available module.
3. Observe the OS error code 38 prompt.

The installation of the selected module should be successful without encountering any OS errors.
