As a tech professional, I find myself worn down by the demands of a 996 schedule, where I'm left feeling unfulfilled and lacking a sense of purpose after the standard 9-to-5 day. I often find myself envying the high-paying salaries and comfortable lifestyles of tech giants, feeling that working in a large corporation offers a sense of security and ease that's hard to find in the open-source world. Additionally, I feel like my own technical skills are underutilized, and that I'm simply 'reinventing the wheel' when I contribute to existing projects.

I'm also disheartened by the prevalence of 'technologically illiterate' individuals who rise to positions of power within companies, often through back-stabbing and brown-nosing rather than any actual technical expertise. Meeting with business partners often leaves me tongue-tied and uninspired, with little to offer in the way of meaningful solutions or catchy sales pitches.

Perhaps the greatest frustration, however, is watching my leaders thrive on superficial posturing and PowerPoint presentations, without any actual substance or vision to back up their claims. Meanwhile, I'm expected to produce high-quality, well-researched content, and to make valuable contributions to the company's growth and success. But when I try to pitch my ideas, I often find myself struggling to find the right words and to articulate my thoughts effectively.
