Note to all users of the Samsung Galaxy A12: If you're considering upgrading to Magisk 28.1, **please be aware that it has been known to cause a boot loop issue on this device**. I recently encountered this problem myself when I failed to notice the release of the latest Magisk version and attempted to install it without issue. The boot loop occurred immediately after flashing the patch with Odin, and despite trying to resolve the issue by flashing the firmware again and attempting to flash the Magisk 28.0 patch, the boot loop persisted. Luckily, I was able to resolve the issue by resorting to a factory reset from recovery mode.
In light of this experience, I strongly advise against upgrading to Magisk 28.1 until a fix is implemented to address this issue. If you're not experienced or familiar with these processes, it's especially crucial to be mindful of the potential risks involved.
