I own a small blog with minimal traffic, simply a place to record my thoughts. Two days ago, Tencent Cloud notified me that I owed fees, suspending my CDN service. I thought it was a straightforward issue, as I had topped up my account with 10 yuan (approximately $1.40 USD) a year ago. However, when the alert appeared again today, I was surprised. Upon reviewing my console, I discovered that IP address 36.151.55.4 had racked up nearly 100 GB of traffic over the past two days, courtesy of Jiangsu Mobile's home broadband network. It seems someone is obsessively refreshing an image on my blog. I'm infuriated and seek assistance from any organization that can help combat such unfair behavior.
