A few days ago, my Gmail account was compromised, likely due to a swap with another email. I do not have any paid games in my Steam library, as it's mostly comprised of free titles. No valid serial number emails are stored in my Gmail inbox. The only exception is the F1 2018 game obtained from Humble Bundle, but since it's an old game, Humble Bundle no longer displays the serial number, instead showing 'This key is expired and cannot be redeemed'. By opening the browser's developer mode, I found the relevant API and took a screenshot, but I doubt Steam support would accept a screenshot of the serial number. Now, I'm puzzled about my situation. I registered for Perfect World's passport using one phone number and then Perfect Honor using another phone number, along with real-name authentication. Back then, I probably received the CS:GO game as a gift. Currently, I'm downloading the Perfect World e-sports mobile app and logging in with both phone numbers, but neither shows any real-name information. I wonder if the thief can play CS:GO on Steam using my account or if Perfect World has already deleted my previous real-name authentication.
