I am seeking assistance in resolving a server issue. The server has been hacked and its IP address has been blocked. I have tried pinging the IP address but it is unreachable. However, I can ping the subdomain, which is not enabled with Cloudflare's proxy. Using SSH tools, I am unable to connect to the server via IP or subdomain. The situation is quite peculiar.
I have been referencing a GitHub repository for installing a proxy service on my server, which was set up with a custom domain name managed through Cloudflare. The subdomain is also set up on Cloudflare for proxying.
To access the proxy service on my server, I am using the SwitchyOmega plugin, requiring the subdomain, port, server username, and password. I am hoping to find a way to rescue my server and regain connectivity, as I have recently renewed my server lease for a year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
