My grandmother recently began using a Huawei tablet that I purchased for her to watch video calls with her grandchildren on WeChat. However, over the past two days, she has experienced an issue where the video calls would suddenly be interrupted by ads halfway through. As her remote caregiver, I attempted to troubleshoot the problem by clearing the background applications, thinking that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after restarting the WeChat video call, the ads continued to appear after about 10 seconds. As a result, the tablet now has an unknown number of ad-guzzling apps installed. Given that my grandmother is not familiar with the tablet's operations and often mistakenly touches the screen, I am concerned about the potential consequences of this issue.
