Guangzhou Metro's Panyu Station has introduced a 'virtual transfer' function, allowing passengers to transfer between Line 11 and Line 8 without exiting the station. When transferring from Line 11 to Line 8 at Panyu Station, passengers can simply exit from Gate F of Line 11 and walk through the 220-meter-long covered walkway to Gate A of Line 8. The entire transfer process takes approximately 6 minutes. This convenient transfer system eliminates the need for passengers to exit the station, reducing waiting time and making the transfer process smoother and more efficient.
