**Breaking News:** Google has officially rolled out the long-awaited "Ask about this PDF" feature in the Files by Google app, which was first announced at I/O. This innovative feature enables users to inquire about PDF files using the Gemini assistant. To access this feature, users must meet the following requirements: they must be running Android 15 on their device and have a subscription to Gemini Advanced. Furthermore, users need to set Gemini as their default assistant. The "Ask about this PDF" chip will appear above the overlay when a user opens a PDF file using the Files by Google app and invokes Gemini. Tapping on this chip will prompt the user to ask Gemini questions about the document. The "Ask about this PDF" feature is a game-changer for PDF users, providing a new level of interactivity and user experience.
