On December 29, 2024, the Central South University Business School in Hunan Province held a cultural and intellectual grand event - the launch ceremony of the new book 《三十六计精要新解》. The event was attended by representatives from the China Foreign Language Translation Bureau, CITIC Press, Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Provincial People's Congress, Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and other organizations, as well as over 100 young entrepreneurs and readers from across the province.
During the event, the CEO of CITIC Press, Mr. Wang, congratulated on the publication of the new book and introduced the context for the publication of the _Chinese Classics Series_.
The chief editor of the new book, Ms. Fan, made a presentation on the application of Sun Tzu's Art of War in modern society, covering not only its revolutionary and guerrilla warfare aspects but also its meanings and applications in the business world.
Also, two international students, Jessica from the United States, and Lili from Hungary, presented gifts to the attendees, bringing Chinese culture to the international audience.
