I recently upgraded my mobile broadband package to 500M, but the speeds are nowhere near 220M, which is less than half the advertised speed. I have tried using PDA and Huawei phones to test the speed, and the results are consistently around 220M.

I am suspicious that the issue may be with the back-end data matching, as the mobile app still shows my subscribed speed as 300M, even though I upgraded over two months ago. When I went to the service center, they checked the back-end data and confirmed that my actual speed is 500M.

I also remember that when I upgraded to a 59-yuan mango card in May 2023, the mobile operator told me that I didn't need to return the old equipment, and the back-end data would be migrated. However, when I checked the back-end data, I found that the speed was not accurate.

I have tried using different routers and replacing the old one, but the problem persists. I am tired of being told that this is normal and that I can't expect to reach the advertised speed. I am seeking advice from the community on how to resolve this issue.
