Northern Israel was rocked by multiple rocket attacks early Monday morning. According to reports, several towns in the Galilee region heard warning sirens and saw rockets and missiles being fired. The Galilee Regional Committee reported that several interceptions were conducted, and there were multiple fires in open areas. Later, it was reported that a drone struck a building in the Hashshash Hill area of the Kibbutz Iyyon. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) stated that in the past hour, the Galilee region had received multiple suspicious aerial targets from Lebanon. Multiple interceptors were fired, and a crashed object was found near the Hashshash Hill area. As a result of the attacks, one Israeli Defense Forces officer and soldier were moderately injured and sent to the hospital for treatment. The IDF stated that the area was struck by an attack, and a firefighter is still battling a fire. The IDF also reported that a false alarm was identified after sirens went off in the Kfar Giladi and Kiryat Shmona areas. Meanwhile, Hezbollah's 'Muaddin' network reported that Hezbollah had launched a large-scale drone attack on the northern Israel region. On Sunday afternoon, a rocket attack struck a factory in the Kiryat Shmona industrial area, but there were no casualties. The IDF later reported that two rockets entered Israel from Lebanon, one hitting a factory and the other causing a fire in an open area. Later, a Hezbollah militant was found to have entered the Hashshash area of the Galilee region. Shortly after, the Israeli Air Force attacked the militant's location. Prior to this, the IDF had discovered a militant in the Be'turiez area of the southern Lebanon region. The IDF attacked and eliminated the militant. In addition, infrastructure facilities in the Elias Ash had become a target of attack.
