The joint investigation committee has thoroughly examined the 1281-page report submitted by Luo Suiyu's family. The results show that the family's allegations of 'organ trafficking by the hospital' and 'Luo Suiyu being persecuted for reporting' are entirely unfounded. The investigation found that the organ data was actually required for research purposes, and the audio recordings were normal business communications.

However, the investigation did uncover that the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University's Department of Nephrology had a flawed performance distribution management system. Some performance bonuses were transferred back to the department through research student accounts and then redistributed by the former head nurse. The hospital has been ordered to rectify the issue, and the department's director, head nurse, and four other individuals have been held accountable.
