It has been approximately three years since I embarked on a journey of abstinence from all forms of sustenance. For the most part, my diet consists of 16-hour stretches of fasting, followed by 8-hour periods of consumption, and occasionally 18-hour fasts. Recently, I have adopted a 24-hour fasting regimen, where I only eat one meal a day. As a result, I have lost a significant 10 pounds and I am committed to continuing this path to further improve my overall health and wellbeing.
