The Magisk Manager is unable to locate Magisk on the BYD CAR PAD, which is a known issue that has been reported in the past. This problem is specifically associated with the DiLink version 23.1.24.2507204.1, where the XDJA container has been replaced with the DIOS container, which is launched via the system/bin/celld. Prior to this change, the XDJA container was launched via a fusion file.
It is essential to note that Magisk version 30.4 is not capable of rooting any BYD infotainment system, making it ineffective in resolving this issue. Therefore, it is recommended to use Magisk with version code 25210, which has been proven to be successful in rooting BYD infotainment systems.
This issue is reminiscent of a similar problem that was reported two years ago, as documented in issue #6719. To resolve this issue, it is necessary to draw the attention of @yujincheng08, the developer responsible for addressing this problem.
