In my previous life as a bricklayer, I was often frustrated with the elaborate projects and cumbersome process management that seemed to plague our factory. However, when I finally took the reins and started working on my own projects, I was surprised to find that the things I once despised were still just as annoying. Nevertheless, I have come to appreciate the value of understanding and acceptance, and the freedom to create something from scratch, even if it's a small project. I have encountered numerous challenges and pitfalls along the way, but each obstacle has presented an opportunity for growth and learning. As I reflect on my journey, I am reminded of the importance of perseverance, resilience, and a willingness to adapt and evolve. Through my experiences, I have gained a deeper understanding of what it means to be a project manager, and I am excited to continue learning and growing in this role.
