We are engaged in the development of machine-controlled precision instruments and motion control systems for the consumer electronics industry. The job responsibilities include:
* Developing and building software architecture for STM32 platform
* Establishing and managing embedded software testing and continuous integration processes to improve software quality
* Managing and building the embedded software team, overseeing software code, documentation, and testing, and translating product requirements into development tasks
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, automation, computer science, or related fields, with excellent English reading and writing skills
* 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, familiar with common processing platforms such as ARM and DSP
* Proficiency in at least one real-time operating system, with experience in system and driver development, and familiarity with software layer design principles
* Experience in software team management and high-intensity work
* Proficient in C/C++ programming, with excellent coding habits
* Familiarity with digital circuits, analog circuits, and digital signal processing principles, with the ability to read and understand hardware schematics
* Strong hand-on ability, with strong receipt of new things and problem-solving skills, and experience participating in innovation teams and competitions.
