In accordance with the previous suggestions from our seniors, I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology this morning. Upon receiving the complaint, the customer service department contacted me and informed me that there is no longer a pool of dynamic public IP addresses available. They explained that it is impossible to obtain public IP addresses, and that the only option is to opt for a dedicated line. They provided me with a quote of $300 per month for a 100Mbps fixed IP address. I was tired of wasting my time and decided to explore other options, such as hole punching and mesh networking. My primary router is currently a Mikrotik device, which only supports UDP full cone NAT, but not TCP full cone NAT. Therefore, it is not possible to use natter or natmap.
