Logitech's G Hub software has been notoriously plagued by startup issues, with the logo spinning indefinitely. Despite numerous efforts to troubleshoot, including restarting, reinstallation, and region changes, the problem persists. Official technical support has been elusive, culminating in the offer of a dated software package, which did not resolve the issue. It seems like a straightforward request: modify the media buttons to control playback and next track functionality, ideally storing it in onboard memory. Is there any solution to this problem? This rant is for the Logitech engineers: What's going on with this subpar software? Can't even a group of students learn a month's worth of coding to produce something usable? It's an insult to basic software development philosophy.
